Stylish Eye Press takes your privacy seriously and, including via its processors, takes every reasonable measure and precaution to protect and secure your personal data. Data being retained for only as long as is necessary.

Transfers Outside the EU

Stylish Eye Press in some cases processes your personal information under the ‘legitimate interests’ legal basis, for the purposes set out in the ‘How Stylish Eye Press Uses Your Personal Data’ section of this notice. Where this is the case, Stylish Eye Press will have considered any risks or impact to you against our own interests and that such interests are proportionate and appropriate.

In particular, Stylish Eye Press uses the legitimate interests’ legal basis for processing the type of data listed below and has identified our interests as detailed below:

Use of email addresses to send newsletters and marketing material to members and other individuals who have recently interacted with Stylish Eye Press or used Stylish Eye Press services on the basis that these categories of individuals would reasonably expect to receive this type of material.

Any individual is able to object to receiving such material through the use of the unsubscribe facility contained in each email communication.

How Long We Keep Your Data

Stylish Eye Press only ever retains personal information for as long as is necessary and has strict review and retention policies in place to meet these obligations. For example, in line with requirements under UK tax law and/or the period for bringing claims in contract, we will generally keep your basic personal data (name, address, contact details) for up to 6 years after prior to secure deletion or destruction.
